Cancino Cibeles, nestled in the charming Plaza Villa de Madrid, has quickly become a standout pizza destination in Ciudad de México. Diners rave about the exceptional quality of their pizzas, particularly the diavola and rustica, which boast an impressively light and crunchy crust. Patrons like Darlene Morrow appreciate the balance of toppings, avoiding the common pitfall of excessive cheese.
Guest reviews highlight the cozy yet vibrant atmosphere, enhanced by pleasant music and friendly staff. Nathan Mueller exclaims the importance of trying the Nutella mousse, describing it as light enough to "float away," a delightful end to any meal. However, some customers, like Tingting Zhao, mention that service can be slow, suggesting room for improvement in the otherwise high-rated experience. The arugula and prosciutto pizza, praised by David Kahn, is also a must-try, generously sized for sharing.
Overall, Cancino Cibeles offers a perfect combination of ambience, delicious food, and an inviting atmosphere. As Naomi González Kahn states, it’s not just a meal; it’s a memorable experience without breaking the bank. Make sure to visit this gem in Roma Nte. for a slice of delightful culinary bliss.

Overall, Cancino Cibeles is recognized as a welcoming, flavorful destination for pizza lovers seeking a casual yet satisfying meal in CDMX.
Everything about this place was great. Nice music at a talkable volume, friendly staff and waiters, nice atmosphere in Plaza Madrid. We had pizzas, diavola and rustica, and the crusts were incredibly light and crunchy. No skimping on toppings and didn’t overdue the cheese. We had one of the best Caesar salad’s that we’ve ever had. We will definitely go back.
Excellent! Don't miss this place! Not perfection but solid offerings to be sure. Servers friendly and accommodating. Super thin crust pizza with the right amount of chew and crunch. Delicious and interesting toppings (sausage, arugula, chiles...see pics) and the Nutella mousse to finish...OMG...if it were lighter it would float away.
We ordered the Arugula & Prosciutto pizza. It was very good with thin crust. The large is enough to feed about 3 people. The only disappointment was the Coke we ordered was room temperature.
They have really good pizza, I also like the environment very much, each type of pizza taste amazing, but the service is quite disappointing, it’s slow and it seems like they are very busy and it’s very hard to get to them, hopefully they can improve on that on the future
Truffle fry’s and aperol are delicious in this place. It’s a comfortable sitting place that is not excessively overpriced yet located at the perfect spot.
Cacino's was a pleasant surprise. My friends and I decided to go on a whim and our expectations were exceeded at every level. To begin the food was extremely delicious. We had the marguerite and the rustic pizza and the tasted so incredibly good. I am not big on wine, but my friend how is really liked what she ordered. They also have a selection of beer and soft drinks. Truly there is something for everyone. Totally worth a visit!
Great place. We had a small issue but it was solved very kind. Also our waitress (Valery) did a great job. Can really recommend.
We weren't in the mood for pizza, so had the roast chicken breast and the kale/apple/almond salad, both of which were terrific. Angel, our waiter, made the experience so pleasant and relaxing! We sat outside amid the plantings. Oh: and we finished with banana/caramel pie. OMG.
